Fibre: Silk, rayon, synthetics.

Weave: Knit - two bar doubleknit tricot.

Characteristics: Made on a warp knitted frame. Very finely knit but very strong. Now called nylon Simplex.

Uses: Gloves and underwear. Similar to chamoisette (cotton).
